This is the HOA for the entire community which includes all 523 units. The HOA maintains all common areas, Clubhouse facilities, lawn service, trash removal, snow removal, and more.

This association includes the unit owners of condos located south of Crestwood Boulevard in the age restricted area. There are twenty-four (24) condos in three (3) buildings with eight (8) units in each building. Two condominium buildings are located on Basswood Road, and one is located on Box Elder Court.

This association includes the unit owners of condos located north of Crestwood Boulevard in the all age area. There are twenty-four (24) condos in two (2) buildings with twelve (12) units in each building. The condominium buildings are located on Oleander Place.
