Welcome to the neighborhood! It is a pleasure to have you as a new member of the Crestwood Village at Frederick community. Please consider getting involved in the various activities, social events, groups, and committees that are available here.
It is required that all new residents contact the Management Office to set up a quick Orientation Meeting to go over a few important items. To schedule a meeting, you can call the Management Office at 301-662-0400, or you can complete the contact form and under the Comment section, request an orientation meeting.
At settlement you received a Resale Package from Crestwood Village at Frederick. In the left pocket of the Resale Package, you will find a blue Resident Information Sheet and a white Crestwood Village Age Verification Form.
These documents are also available at the Front Desk. (Please note that residents on Oleander Place, Olive Court, Shadbush Court, or Lantana Circle do not need to complete the white Crestwood Village Age Verification Form.)
When you come to the Orientation Meeting, please bring the completed blue Resident Information Sheet, the white Crestwood Village Age Verification Form and a driver's license or other form of photo identification.
